I got the beef tips with mushroom and onion over pasta. It was delicious and our service was great.
What an amazing place. The food is delicious and the portions are huge. Staff is friendly enough to make you feel right at home. The Smoke Elk Sausage Scramble was amazing... the home made jelly is outstanding.
Our server Michele was exceptional. Smiling, caring and attentive. We split the Daily Special, which included four Lake Perch filets, fries, cole slaw and hush puppies for under $15. I’ve seen this meal go for up to $50 on the sunset side of the state. Also, the house made Lemon Chicken Soup and Pecan Pie were fresh and flavorful.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you find yourself in Atlanta, MI, do yourself a favor and swing by this charming little bistro! From the moment you step in, you’ll feel like you’ve stumbled upon a hidden gem. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is top-notch. Our server was nothing short of fantastic—she worked the room like a seasoned pro, juggling multiple tables effortlessly. Even with a bustling crowd, it felt like we were the only ones there, which added to the cozy vibe of the place. Now, let’s talk about the food! Everything came out quickly and was absolutely perfect. If you haven’t tried the spinach artichoke dip, you’re missing out—it's a must-try! I also had the Italian wrap, and honestly, I couldn’t have made it better at home. The veggies were the freshest I’ve ever had, bursting with flavor and color. I’m always on the lookout for at least one memorable meal when I visit, and this place did not disappoint. I’ll definitely be back! For those concerned about prices, don't fret! The portions are generous and in line with current food prices. If you’ve been living under a rock, you might need a reminder that good food comes at a fair price. This bistro nails it on both flavor and value!
We were an hour away from home today, hungry, and looking for local eats and we happened upon this spot. Guys. You need to try this place! The dining area is the size of a generous living room with adorable little tables scattered throughout. The waitress was friendly and impressed us by how many things she ended with, "made in house". We were drawn to the menu right away. The menu reads like a person who really understands food pairings designed it and I wanted to try something from every section of it. We settled on Crab Rangoon Moz Sticks (!!!!), a Bistro Smash Burger and a Smelt Basket. 5 stars. ALL the thumbs up! I noticed a couple of gentlemen praying together before their meal and when their food came out the waitress gave them space to honor that without interrupting to deliver fo od. Mad respect for that! ❤️On our way out, the waitress penned a verse of scripture on the dry erase board that made us smile. We will be back, and we're bringing friends!
Awesome little place. The French onion soup is fantastic. The elk burger was wonderful too. Very friendly service.
I am a changed woman after the Elk burger. Our waitress was also polite and gave excellent advice and service. We’ll definitely be back!
What a very pleasant surprise and a delicious meal! We had the Pita chips appetizer, lasagna and blueberry salad. Everything was delicious and Michele was a very attentive server! The lasagna was so big I had to take leftovers home, wow, what a meal!!
